Home to Baldridge Architects, this office space was built to last. Additional lease space, adjacent and to the rear of the Baldridge office, was designed to form a creative collaborative. From structural steel to custom gate locks, each piece of steel was designed and installed with great attention to detail. The custom steel plate and flat bar storefront creates a strong first impression on the site. Within the frames sit Panelite, self-structural translucent honeycomb glass panels. Proper clearances and weld bead size had to be diligently coordinated for the perfect fit. A custom steel entry door with concealed steel and brass lock complete the system.
